I was born and raised in Arkansas—and there were so many companies I drove past every day without ever knowing what happened behind those doors. Now, I get the opportunity every week to meet the people working inside and share their stories.

These videos have been a fantastic resource in providing students with a realistic understanding of the skilled trades and the competencies required to succeed in these fields.

This platform has become an essential resource for our educators and students, allowing them to explore and share content in classrooms, at events, and in their homes. We particularly value the tools Edge Factor has created to promote the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM), and careers in the skilled trades.
